Croatian national team returned from Wroclaw with five medals won at the European U-23 Championship. Toni Gudelj, Leon Zegnal and Mateo Zrinski climbed to the highest podium in the trap discipline. The Croatian trio won the European Championship title in the team competition and thus secured the only Croatian gold at the championship. The remaining four medals came in the 50-meter small-bore rifle three-position discipline. Anamarija Turk and Toma Tadić won silver medals in the individual competition, while Darko Tomašević finished the competition with a bronze medal. Tomašević also reached another medal in the mixed pairs, where he competed together with Anamarija Turk. The Croatian pair won a bronze medal. With a total of one gold, two silvers and two bronzes, Croatian shooters achieved a very successful performance in Wroclaw and finished the championship with five medals.
